Delete your Skyride account

In the app

• Open the Skyride app and sign in.
• Go to Profile, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email support@skyride-ng.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we delete anything.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and password.
• Identity verification documents and photos.
• Saved addresses, location history, messages and push notification tokens.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of completed trips, payments and receipts are kept for as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. We also keep records of reported safety incidents where needed to protect other users. Any trip in progress must be completed or cancelled before the account can be deleted.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Read more in our privacy policy.
